The Clamp-All HD 80 is a heavy-duty no-hub coupling engineered to connect Cast-Iron hubless soil pipe and fittings in demanding drain, waste, and vent (DWV) applications. This coupling features a corrugated 34-gauge 301 Stainless Steel shield around a one-piece molded Neoprene gasket. The clamp is designed with worm drive hose clamps (4 or 6) with a 1/2” wide 301 Stainless Steel band, two-piece Tetra-tab™ housing, and either a 5/16” or 3/8” hex head screw that can be tightened to 80 in-lbs (9 N·m) of torque with a manual or powered tool with a hex-socket. The shield, hose clamps, and gasket work together to ensure a secure fit, superior sealing pressure, and vibration resistance. Available for pipes ranging from 1-1/2" to 15", the Clamp-All HD 80 is designed for gravity flow applications with less than 15 psi of working pressure and is recommended for above or underground installations.
